- for load upto 7.5kw,(domestic & commercial both) office of the SDO of the area is to be contacted for connection.
- for load above 7.5kw (domestic & commercial both) office of Executive Engineer is to be contacted for connection.
The Office of the Executive Engineer is to be contacted for bill correction.
Q.3: How to lodge a complaint in case of electrical fault and problem with the supply ?
The substation of the area is to be approached. Toll free No. 1800-800-8752 is also available for lodging complaint. It is advised that why lodging the individual complaint a copy of last paid bill should be shown at the substation . Also,while lodging the complaint on the Toll free No.,the service connection no. should be mentioned.
